Why is Student Career Coaching so effective?
When high school players work with a Student Advocate, they upgrade their potential because they understand their learning styles and motivation style. They become more effective because they understand what motivates them beyond sports. Students become more proactive towards their college and career goals, which they feel empowered to achieve.
How Student Career Coaching Works
The Student Career Coaching Program consists of a 3-tier investigative and application approach that students cover with their coach over the course of 4 sessions. Sessions are spaced out over the course of a week or two and students usually complete the program in 3-6 months. Results from the career coaching program work great with the Noblesteps Athletic Recruiting System® whereas students can communicate confidently with coaches about the importance of their college major and career aspirations and if those sports program align with their long term goals. Because a students meets with a coach individually, the coach can tailor the program to the specific needs of the student.
"Coach" is a regular guest on the ESPN Radio-Cleveland hosted by Kenny Roda.
