Coach Lisimba Patilla, MBA; Author, Speaker, Student-Athlete Advocate

Coach Lisimba Patilla, MBA is a former student - athlete and scholarship recipient at Northwood University, a NCAA Division II powerhouse in Midland, Michigan where he started two years at cornerback.  Lisimba comes from three generations of student-athletes to have been awarded athletic scholarships: uncle, nephews, cousins and him.  He has rare first hand experience as to what athletes, parents and coaches deal with in the world of recruiting and can speak to all of their needs.  He educates parents, coaches and players on the facts and myths about recruiting, how to be recruited and recruiting and career promotional methods.

As author of Guide to Athletic Recruiting and Career Education and owner of Noblesteps Management, he builds bridges to over 25,000 coaches in 18 sports for student-athletes and families which encompasses NCAA Division 1, 2 and 3, NAIA and NJCAA schools to provide an opportunity to be evaluated and considered for athletic scholarship both as a student and as an athlete. Lisimba is insuring he is a team player in providing coaches at all levels the right student athletes for their universities and reducing the likelihood of student-athletes transferring, dropping out or changing majors.  Furthermore, increasing the possibility of student athletes turning pro in something other than sports, as the NCAA promotes.
