Noblesteps Management is about planting gardens of success with youth in areas of life that are important to youth – athletics, academics, religion and careers. Our mission is to be the leader in secondary, post secondary, church support services in the Midwest by 2014. Lisimba Patilla is an engaging public speaker who has inspired youth all over Ohio, in various sports, schools and colleges to plant gardens of success in every area of their lives. Lisimba is the author of Guide to Athletic Recruiting and Career Education. He has been featured on Inside Business Magazine, ESPN Radio, MLive and newspapers throughout Ohio.

In 2012, Coach Patilla retired from coaching after 5 years of sterling coaching success as a defensive backs coach; most recently at Division II Malone University in Canton, OH. He has coached defensive –backs at the little league, middle school, high school and college level in his career. Lisimba was a 2 – year starter at cornerback where he lead division II Northwood University in pass break – ups under the tutelage of legendary Coach Pat Riepma. He is the epitome of a student-athlete; he has 11 years experience managing career paths for aspiring technical students as a District Manager for ACDelco a division of General Motors. There he also managed a10 million dollars portfolio of products and programs and were ranked in the top 1% in sales in 8 of his 10 years. Lisimba also has 4 years experience as a mentor to at-risk youth where he has been able to connect and affect positive changes in attitudes for youth living in under-privileged circumstances in Flint, Cleveland, Akron and Medina. In 2008, Coach Patilla started Noblesteps Management, an education consulting company for student-athletes and a NCAA Certified Scouting & Recruiting Company.
Lisimba published his first article – 5 Scary Trends Affecting College Graduates in 2009 and in 2010 self-published – Guide to Athletic Recruiting and Career Education. The book is available in public and high school libraries throughout Ohio and Michigan.
Lisimba owns three degrees, all in business, including a MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors and Associates from Northwood University.
Lisimba’s goal is simple: Make a significant difference in the lives of student-athletes.

Darion has been a coach and a football scout for the past 2 years. His specialty is Defensive Line. He also has interned for Kent State University under Head Football Coach Darrell Hazell and he has been under the tutelage of Buchtel High School Head Coach Ricky Powers for the past 6 years.
